At La Table du Ramuntcho, Olivier Ponnou concocts simple, gourmet cuisine based on fresh, local produce in a bodega atmosphere. Wraps, txistorra and Ossau-Iraty pintxos, beef burritos, mini-fougasse... Expect a parade of tapas (to order). The same goes for the main courses: beef rib à la cheminée, Landes poultry, Chalosse duck breast, sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, chipirons à la basquaise... Don't forget to book! Late service on weekends. And to take away, visit the Boutique Cho or the food-truck.

Vous voulez manger une excellente côte de boeuf accompagnée de pommes de terre grenaille, ne cherchez plus c'est le meilleur établissement de Dax. Les ris de veau accompagnés de cèpes sont sublimes.

Voila un endroit ou il fait bon manger et passer un moment agréable. Assiette copieuse avec en plus de bons produits.Service plusss que sympathique, nous avons même eu droit a un petit concert de chant et de guitare a la fin du repas. JE LE CONSEILLE VIVEMENT.
