There's not a lot of Italy at Mama Cucini... Roasted Camembert, Southwest foie gras, Landaise salad, crispy chicken poké bowl, xipirons a la plancha, matured entrecôte, moules marinières... From the days of former chef Florian Benyamina, perhaps the only thing left is the Label Rouge ribs served with a Lousianne sauce. Otherwise, there's burrata for starters, risotto and ravioli for main courses, and panna cottas and tiramisu for dessert. Lunch is served either inside or on the terrace overlooking Place Thiers.
