At Dax's oldest pizzeria, the passion for Italian motor sport is clearly on display! Otherwise, the pizzas are made with Italian or more local products, such as foie gras of course. You'll love the Margherita with its fresh basil and pesto, or the Iraty with its ewe's milk cheese, potatoes and bacon (among others). You can also enjoy classic dishes such as chipirons a la plancha, entrecote steak with gorgonzola sauce or pasta carbonara (the only pasta dish on the menu).
