Simple restaurant to try the good Landaise cuisine in Dax.
The Dax racecourse has a small restaurant, open only at midday and of course on race days. It's a simple little restoration. The advantage is to be able to stay on the spot during the races. However, if you want to test the good food Landes, the city has a few good tables to its assets.
