Food-truck restaurant offering crispy home fries in Dax.
Grégory Pédeboscq brought back from trips to Australia and Indonesia the idea of creating his own food-truck. He has taken it well: he was recently awarded the regional prize "Talents des cités création", which crowns young business creators. In his black van, always the same requirement in the making of his burgers: to work with fresh products. The minced meat is Blonde d'Aquitaine beef, the vegetables come from local farms, the bread from Giraudet (baker in Dax). "Barbecue", "goat cheese", "bask" (with chorizo, sheep cheese and candied peppers), "salmon" and "cheese" are tasty. And there's always a "burger of the moment" to surprise you. The crispy fresh fries are also homemade, accompanied by a very successful chef's sauce. Every day, a new dish is offered, such as veal axoa cooked with onions, peppers and tomato confit, marinated chicken fillets and their piperade and, depending on the season, a gourmet salad, a pot bowl or a wrap. The desserts are also original: chestnut and speculoos cream cheese verrine, chocolate fondant with grated coconut...
