The restaurant of the Dax Hotel is open to everyone. Along the banks of the Adour, you can access it from the majestic 300 m2 terrace that connects the bar and the restaurant. In this large space, open 7 days a week, at lunchtime and in the evening, you can have lunch, dinner, meet friends or share a meal with colleagues after a meeting (equipped rooms). As for the main course, the plancha goes into action to grill duck ribs, rib steak with candied shallots... But also veal blanquette, lamb shank, Black Angus burger, sea bream fillet with chorizo, risotto of the chef... As for the dessert, taste the molten chocolate cake with Espelette pepper. Every Friday evening, discover the world's cuisines thanks to a theme evening during which a country is honoured with musical entertainment.
