Restaurant to enjoy a delicious pastry in Dax.
Located in a 16th century mansion, Le Valmont, which was originally a tea room, is now a must-see restaurant in the city center (at lunchtime only). Open until 3 or 6 pm, it is always possible to come and taste a delicious pastry. In good weather, the patio is very pleasant. Otherwise, we let ourselves be tempted by the daily menu of the chef Yannick Gallouin. The specialty of the Valmont is a squid salad, served warm. Here, everything is home-made. Successful as it is, it is strongly recommended to reserve.

Menu à prix intéressant mais surtout des plats goûteux. Dessert a tomber
Service rapide et souriant, une bonne adresse
Plats : 3 minuscules tranches de filet mignon, trop cuites donc sèches avec du riz
Heureusement le dessert était bon : petit gâteau aux noix et miel

et bonne pour y avoir mangé deux fois le midi service rapide plats goûteux et prix très correct , compter 20 € pour un repas de midi dans le menu du jour avec le café. Viande extrêmement bonne et tendre .Bien
