Eric Pujos is not enough to continue his work, to feed his small world that has been faithful to him for years. A classic chef, classic kitchen. Eric is not here for earn or for his eyes. He, his creed, is the regional cuisine well anchored in his time. On its map, we find what makes the South-west identity of the Gras gras of Chalosse, the hake room to peppers or asparagus depending on the season or the duck magret with its beautiful and generous Landaises chips. For nothing in the world, we would like it to change. Eric set a course and we followed his eyes closed.
