O'Bistrot Baignot offers a masterful, attentive cuisine, with local products and a few inspirations from elsewhere.
At the helm of this bistronomic restaurant is Grégory Boyer, former second-in-command at Moulin de Poustagnacq and chef at Le Cosy in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax. Although he changes his menu once a month, or even more often, he renews it every day for lunch. Nourished by local produce and a few inspirations from elsewhere, Grégory also invites us to discover even more elaborate dishes on the à la carte menu. His cuisine is masterful, generous and attentive. On the menu: pumpkin and butternut cappuccino, yellow Landes free-range chicken leg, exotic yuzu finger.
