To delight you, chef Stéphanie renews the menu according to her imagination. Working with seasonal produce? Nothing could be more natural for this Breton, who offers gourmet dishes (duck pot-au-feu, Landes chicken tajine, etc.). With this? We trust her husband Stéphane, a sommelier by trade, to help us choose the right bottle or glass of wine. Le Bistrot des Vignes offers no fewer than 120 different wines, half of them organic! Wine tastings are organized every two months on Tuesday evenings (except in summer).

Cuisine inventive préparée avec de bons produits.
Following good critics (on several sites), we decide to go to the bistro vineyards, we are magic of this discovery: large selection of wine by the glass, very good meal, flavours, presentation, original recipes, copious and very reasonable price. Example: the €14 option for starter, main course, dessert. We are for several days in Dax and we often return to the Bistro vineyards.
