In the pedestrian streets of Dax, Comme autrefois les Landes is THE gourmet store in the town center! And much more besides: in addition to confits and ready-made meals, pâtés, jams, Landes pastis, wines, liqueurs and armagnacs, and herbs, Katy shows us her love of Landes racing with videos and old posters. Upstairs, she's set up a veritable little museum, complete with its own explanatory panels. Have a look!
