What sets Curves apart from other sports clubs is that you can follow a complete program in thirty minutes. A complete circuit includes warm-up, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular exercises, recovery and stretching. And to stay within the thirty, we are made to change stations every thirty seconds, which allows for optimal recovery and work on the different muscle groups. And for a complete training program, we opt for the formula that includes fitness training, a customized diet program and motivational coaching.
