ATELIER PILATES
Pilates is a gentle, yoga like gym that works the muscles deep down. Catherine Chaput, former fitness teacher and graduate of the Pilates Institute in Geneva, welcomes women (even pregnant), men, teenagers (from 12 years old) and seniors. She helps to rebalance and strengthen the musculature, which has been damaged by bad postures and daily stress. Classes are private or in small groups of up to five people. The exercises are done on the ground with equipment (ball, elastic), and on machines. The ideal way to relieve back pain, loosen up the body and relax the mind.
