Located in the heart of the old town, La Gavotte is recognizable by its old-fashioned green storefront and the flag in the window, an invitation to eat crepes in the pure Breton tradition. Salted pancakes made from Breton buckwheat flour (vegetarian option) or sweet pancakes made from wheat flour that can be topped with sugar, caramel, salted butter or chocolate... Here, Brittany is in the spotlight, a good cider accompanies your meal. In summer, the small terrace, close to the Lorraine Museum, is very pleasant.

We had a quick lunch outside with a toddler and baby. The crepes were nice. Only problem was the lack of high chairs, so our toddler had to eat on a regular chair.
Nous voulions juste prendre deux crêpes pour le déjeuner et du café.
Malheureusement:
Service extrêmement lent, nous avons attendu au moins 30 à 40 minutes, le café était tiède, il était légèrement renversé, il n'en restait donc qu'un peu dans la tasse à café. Les prix étaient très élevés, les 2 crêpes que nous avons mangées étaient de qualité médiocre.
Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

Ambiente, draußen, soweit ganz hübsch.
Wir wollten nur schnell zwei Crêpes zum Mittag und etwas Kaffee trinken.
Leider aber:
Extrem langsamer Service, wir warteten mindestens 30-40 Minuten, der Kaffee war lauwarm, er war leicht verschüttet, damit war nur noch wenig in der Kaffeetasse drin. Die Preise waren sehr hoch, die 2 Crêpes die wir gegessen haben, waren von mittelmäßiger Qualität.
Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen.
