Creperie in Nancy with a choice of fillings for buckwheat pancakes and choices of crepes
Brittany invites itself to Nancy! Back in the crêperie of our vacations: the frontage and the blue seats recall these small crêperies of the seaside and where the desire for a crêpe is felt. Among the many fillings of the buckwheat pancakes of the master restaurateur Thierry Vincent, many are with cheese. A particular favorite is the Munster flambé with mirabelle plum. Mirabelle plum alcohol can also be found in the sweet crepes or calvados in the apple crepe for the purists. The best of both regions is here united.

This was the first crepe restaurant I went to in Nancy. It’s a nice restaurant with great tasting creps from savory to sweet. I tried both and I must say it’s great and affordable. For a foreigner who is still learning French, their staff helped a lot in communicating with us in English.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
