In the heart of the Old Town, Flambock is a friendly Flammekueche counter run by Gina and Yann, a charming couple. You can enjoy delicious flams, as well as more original recipes such as the vegetarian or the blue, made with pear and Roquefort cheese. For dessert, sweet flams complete the menu. Drinks include draught beers served in mugs, bottled beers from the local "Grô" brewery and wines from Alsace and Côtes de Toul. And in the early evening, take advantage of their "happy-flam" offer!

Il n'a pas été difficile d'avoir une table malgré l'affluence du soir. Les flams ont été servies rapidement et les trois en même temps. Elles étaient bonnes même si la végétarienne nous a semblé un cran en dessous. Dommage que la carte ne soit pas un peu plus fournie, notamment en proposition avec des champignons. Lieu utile quand on aime les bonnes tartes flambées et qu'on veut manger sans poireauter.
