What if Italy, the real, authentic Italy was right in the heart of Nancy? The rue de la Primatiale is home to an enoteca, a small Italian wine bar with a sunny accent where it's nice to come with friends to taste the cuisine della mamma. The decoration is simple and that's a good thing, we wouldn't want our attention to be focused on anything other than what's happening on the plate! Prepared on a baking sheet, the homemade pizza dough is perfect, just the right amount of crunchiness and softness to enhance the goodness of the products that go with it. As for dessert, here too, you'll be delighted, with a crush for the limoncello babas! The welcome is warm and makes you want to come back soon.
