Suzette had to be very cocky if the restaurant was made in his image. We appreciate the framework: just a stone's throw from Stanislas Square, the hotel is close at first sight, with a floor, a private lounge and a terrace. The decay is colorful, alive. The colors blend without a taste of taste. A little like the dishes, combining ingredients to create original and creative flavors. We think of salads, made up of spicy chicken, roasted rice, green lemon, soya, Chinese cabbage, cucumber, coriander and Thai dressing. We're thinking about the cakes, the candied salmon base, the fennel, the cabins and the yogurt sauce. Finally, we think of the dishes, which can combine daurade, red onions, grenade berries and ginger. Not to mention the daily dishes that always show a great inventiveness. So we're at an address that doesn't pay a mine but it deserves a look. Plus, there's brunch on Sunday!
