As its name suggests, this Old Town restaurant invites you to savor the cuisine of "Madame" Karine Lépine. The chef prepares original bistro-style dishes in an intimate, modern setting: soft-boiled egg and lentils with curry, poultry ballottine and parsnip cream, pavlova passion. This is just one example of a menu you can make yourself that you'd be unlikely to find elsewhere. What's more, the menu changes regularly, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Reserved a Table for New Years Eve. I was a little hesitant because I did not know anything about this restaurant. I must say I the food and experience exceeded mine and my wife's expectations by far. The course meal was creative, delicious and prepared exquisitely. Outstanding wine list. So happy with our choice of 'Madame'.
