As its name suggests, this Old Town restaurant invites you to savor the cuisine of "Madame" Karine Lépine. The chef prepares original bistro-style dishes in an intimate, modern setting: soft-boiled egg and lentils with curry, poultry ballottine and parsnip cream, pavlova passion. This is just one example of a menu you can make yourself that you'd be unlikely to find elsewhere. What's more, the menu changes regularly, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. The other strong point is that this restaurant adapts to all types of diet, and will satisfy meat and fish lovers as well as vegetarians and vegans. La chef parvient à associer des saveurs surprenantes et cuisine des aliments de saison. De la VRAIE cuisine et ça fait du bien !
On y passe un excellent moment avec des plats raffinés et justes. Un des rares restaurants qui ose mettre à la carte des aliments qui sortent un peu de la zone de confort (rognons, couteaux, huîtres…) et c’est toujours une grande réussite pour nos papilles. Bravo Madame !
Des produits de qualité.
Une ambiance et une déco soignées .
Il faudrait juste augmenter un peu les quantités et ce serait parfait.
Plats délicieux et de très bons vins en accompagnement. A refaire !
