Friendly bistro in a colorful setting serving good food at reasonable prices

Located in the middle of Nancy's gourmet street, Gilles' Bistrot welcomes you in a nicely colored setting. The downstairs room may surprise at first with its central staircase dividing it in two, but this element quickly becomes an asset for the tranquility of the eater with the small spaces it creates. The dishes are worthy of a good bistro: surprising quiches and soups as starters, good quality meat and fish dishes at reasonable prices. An establishment where conviviality is the trademark.

Nous sommes venu hier midi nous souhaitions prendre un plats du jours et une quiche Lorraine et on nous a faite payer entree plat dessert plus la quiche …. Les plats étais bon mais cher vu que le prix ne change pas avec ou sans entrée on nous a répondu qu’il pouvais nous faire payer plus cher si nous le souhaitions …. Un peut bizarre comme réponse je ne vous cache pas… le service étais bien quand même a part leur petite malhonnêteté sur la formule du jours
