On the map side, it is, as the name of the place indicates, the potato that is being honored. It is found in salad, burger, gratins, with regional dishes, meat or fish! In the oven, in tartiflette, dice, roasted… The choice is wide enough! The dishes are still quite classic, but the plate is well filled and quality is good.
