La Primatiale changed hands in 2023, welcoming chef Alexis Michaud to the helm and kitchen. The promise of the chef and his team: simple cuisine, full of surprises and passion. Dishes are prepared fresh and in season. Every morning, the team goes to the market to select the produce for the day's dishes. The establishment also offers a wine list that changes seasonally. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service est irréprochable et quelle carte ! Les plats sont frais, faits maison, élaborés et équilibrés. Très probablement le meilleur restaurant de Nancy. Bravo à toute l'équipe ! ????

De l’entrée jusqu’au dessert tout était excellent. Le service était impeccable. Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant. On sent que c’est du fait-maison. La carte est adaptée/changée chaque jour. Un des plus bons que j’ai testé à Nancy lors de mes déplacements. Je suis retournée aujourd’hui…
