Who the hell is this Gaspard? Apparently he's a mountain dweller who makes hearty sandwiches with cheese! To name but a few: The Val d'Isère (2 steaks, bacon, morel mushrooms with cream and emmental cheese), The Yeti (3 steaks, onions with cream and white wine and a choice of 2 cheeses), The Savoyard (potatoes, onions, raw ham and raclette cheese)... There is also a selection of vegetarian sandwiches and a wide choice of cheeses (of course!): reblochon, bleu d'Auvergne, munster, raclette, emmental, goat's cheese, tome de Savoie, brie. Note: the location is ideal, in the Old Town, just opposite the Lorraine Museum. The strong appetites... of mountain people will be satisfied!
