L'ÉPICERIE - CHEZ MARGUERITE
What keeps attention is the place. Quickly, you're moved by all these objects that are so many winks to your youth or great movies. And then you learn the story of Marguerite Bertrand who, in 1937, opened his grocery store Grande at Lure. A real grocery store without a luxury presentation, sardines with sewing wire, oil bottles and flour packages. This makes this restaurant a place loaded with history and emotion. And then you install and you know you made a good choice. The map promises traditional, regional, family or even a good-natured cuisine. Between the pâté in gray-de-toul, the homemade foie gras or a whole decaying of eggs for entries, we don't know where to start. For serious things, you will succumb to duck ducks and jumped apples, or sausage sausage and cancola. Unless you do not hesitate between their specialties: the fortified calf blankets with its rice or the Val-D 'ajol ankle. You will also be able to choose a cooked fish such as sandre or cod or a "board" formula with interwoven or pirate or false filet. In cheeses, you are not helped to decide between the eight soft or strong regals. And desserts, between burnt cream, chocolate pie, seasonal crumble, cheese-cake or more refreshing, one of the many ice cream proposed to the map, we'll have to choose… You'll have to go out… and you'll have to go out of this rich lunch and dinner, and you'll probably go back to a look at this beautiful tribute to one. Grandmother who has succeeded in bequeathing and giving to share the taste of good products.
