Restaurant focusing on a creative cuisine of high level offering a slate of dishes with fresh, organic and local products
"Cooking is when things taste like what they are", this sums up the approach of Au Bistronome. Located a stone's throw from Place Saint-Epvre, chef Julien Picard offers creative cuisine. Here, there is no menu, but rather a slate displaying the starters and dishes of the moment, which the owner regularly renews according to what is available. Only fresh, organic and local products if possible, all perfectly presented. The spirit of the house also advocates the initiation and the discovery of good wines and in good weather, we take advantage of the pretty terrace.

Very little vegetarian options. Sadly the Risotto was tasteless and not very interesting. The service however was nice. If you dont eat meat i can't recommend

Service fluide, serveur accessible, compréhensif et arrangeant. Quant à la cuisine, elle est savoureuse avec des produits de qualité, le tout dans un cadre accueillant. Je ne peux que vivement vous recommander ce restaurant!
