It's a restaurant that should delight lovers of meat and good food! In the Rives de Meurthe district, Les Nouveaux Abattoirs is an institution that has been around since 1914. Taken over in 2018 by Stéphane Nierding, who worked there as a waiter for 13 years, this bistro specializes in meat and offal. You'll enjoy calf's head with ravigote sauce, beef tartare and fine cuts of beef, accompanied by home-made fried potatoes. Thanks to its friendly owner, the restaurant has a very convivial atmosphere.

Un patron très sympa, tout comme le personnel, des plats copieux de l'entrée au dessert, de la très bonne viande tendre et goûteuse, des desserts maison excellents... Vous pouvez aussi y goûter la quiche lorraine ou les bouchées à la reine, un régal.
De passage à Nancy pour 2 jours, nous sommes allés sans ce restaurant le premier soir ... et nous y sommes retournés le lendemain.
