The Excelsior is an address not to be missed to discover a jewel of the School of Nancy in a Parisian brasserie atmosphere. An exceptional Art Nouveau decor with stained glass windows signed by Jacques Gruber, wooden furniture by Louis Majorelle, sculptures by Léopold Wolf or Daum vases. Une institution de Nancy qui sait se renouveler et place la barre toujours haut.
Les plats sont gourmands et le service efficace.
On se régale dans un cadre art nouveau sublime et bouillonnant de vie.

Le cadre est soit très joli, style Art nouveau. Arrêtez vous boire un verre mais ne vous attendez pas à de la gastronomie si vous souhaitez déjeuner.
Le rapport qualité /prix n'y est vraiment pas.
Service correct mais très déçu au niveau des desserts notamment, même le plat n'était pas fin. Le dessert ressemblait un dessert de chez Métro.

Je trouve que les prix sont de plus en plus élevés pour une qualité assez ordinaire . L'accueil est variable mais l'endroit toujours aussi sublime . Pour un café avant de prendre le train, c'est parfait .
