Address focusing on a bistro cuisine, generous and fine with fresh and seasonal products with wines

Here, "we make food for people, trying to please them", says the owner of the place, Antoine Anclin. The setting is a succession of eras: 1930s benches, opaline-colored tables, a 1970s bar and the toilets are in the spirit of Prouvé. In this bistro kitchen, the raw products are fresh and seasonal, the tastes are clear and well marked. Harvested and natural wines accompany quality meats, caught fish and vegetables with subtle perfumes. A gourmet cuisine, generous and fine, crowned by delicious desserts!

Extérieurement, ce bistrot ne paie pas de mine : de fait, j'y suis allé sur la recommandation d'un copain nancéien. Bien m'en a pris : la cuisine est inventive, l'accueil sympathique et il y règne une ambiance de bistrot de quartier.
