Transforming the plate into a work of art, a successful bet for Patrick Fréchin, chef of this gastronomic restaurant! It is beautiful, good and very refined. Beautiful, creative and well-dressed plates, which take over a sober decor. Here, we delight our taste buds above all. Also, one attends true discoveries of different flavors throughout the meal. The plates are not ultra copious but everything is made in the delicacy. And the beaks in honey will not be in rest, because each dish is closed by a splendid dessert of the moment.

Nous sommes partis sur le menu aveugle en 4 services avec accompagnement vin à 50+20€.Les plats sont beaux et bons mais minuscules ! Les plats ressemblent plus à des bouchées qu'à des plats. On a à peine le temps de sentir le goût qu'il n'y en a déjà plus.... Tout le monde sans exception avait encore faim à la fin du repas. Dommage car il y a du travail mais avec ces quantités on se sent floué à la fin du repas.
