In this splendid setting, the chef prepares plates based on fresh and seasonal products, as much as possible, meat or fish à la carte or a vegetarian option. The choice of beverages, which the XV takes care of, is rather wide: champagnes, wines, cocktails with and without alcohol deserve to be pointed out here for the care taken. Excellent repas. Portions copieuses des produits nobles (qui expliquent les prix élevés) qui sont très bien cuisinés. Service irréprochable. Seul petit bémol : la salle est un peu bruyante.

« Je vous demanderais de ranger votre gaufre » commentaire émit par le serveur alors que ma conjointe et moi venions de nous assoir afin de commander un verre. Je ne savais pas qu’une gaufre pouvait être rangée et encore moins qu’elle dérangerait pour servir. Dommage cela fait des recettes en moins pour votre bar qui semblait déjà bien vide
