In this splendid setting, the chef prepares plates based on fresh and seasonal products, as much as possible, meat or fish à la carte or a vegetarian option. The choice of beverages, which the XV takes care of, is rather wide: champagnes, wines, cocktails with and without alcohol deserve to be pointed out here for the care taken. The desserts will perfectly finish the meal, unless you opt for a pastry at the XV. Remember to make reservations.

Nous sommes partis au bout de 10 minutes d’attentes sans qu’un serveur nous dise

Menu formule à composer soi même, sauf que parmi les deux entrées proposées l' une fait défaut par" manque d' oeufs"!! et on ne vous propose aucune autre solution; quant à l' ambiance dans la salle exploitée au maximum,on ne s' entend pas ,tellement les grandes tablées ( 12 couverts) vocifèrent! On pourrait éviter de placer les tables de 2 personnes aux côtés de telles tablées,ou peut être avec diplomatie inviter les convives à se souvenir qu' ils ne sont pas ds un fast food.Se retrouver dans le brouhaha du Mac Do au Louis XV place Stanislas,à un autre tarif quand même n'est pas acceptable! A méditer avant de venir se gâcher un repas!
