"It's a way of democratizing my cuisine: remaining accessible without taking itself too seriously, while maintaining a high level of standards," says Charles Coulombeau. Izakaya plunges you into the atmosphere of small Japanese taverns, blending local Lorraine produce with Japanese references. Izakaya is available in Nancy and the surrounding area. Events can be privatized.
