Just a stone's throw from Place Stanislas, after a few months under the name "Parcelle", the Patern restaurant invites us to a memorable culinary experience. Young chef Martin Debuiche - also head of Racine - has teamed up with butcher/breeder Alexandre Polmard to open this establishment, where he offers blind menus, created with a local and sustainable approach to gastronomy. The result is a veritable spectacle on the plate, with flavors, colors and textures that combine with refinement and creativity.
