Cette fois ci exceptionnel !
Repas en 6 services délicieux, on voit un vrai travail dans l’assiette, sait sublimer des produits du quotidien. Pièce du fond magnifique!
2 remarques tout de même : Le désert au chocolat un peu quelconque et les vins qui accompagnaient n’étaient pas exceptionnels.
