TT Histoire, the name takes us back to Tina Tiramisu, a pastry chef at heart who has been creating some twenty flavors of tiramisu for several years now. Now she's back as the chef of a lovely restaurant. Her credo: to make healthy, affordable gastronomy accessible to all. And she's succeeded, thanks to her personal investment in her apprenticeship alongside a Michelin-starred chef, Alexandre Zohar, who coached her and lent her a hand in this wonderful adventure. Here, the focus is on local, quality products, with an emphasis on fish and meat. It's a real encounter between land and sea that our taste buds discover.
