Lovely staff. Excellent room, spacious, value for money, great location and free public park option. The staff at reception was incredible. She was warm, honest and translated everything for us in English.

The only improvement I would expect is
A) Bathroom shower tiles should not have mould. They were in several places. But as far as other areas in bathroom were concerned it was spotless.

B) Remove 20 Euro cleaning charge if you leave your dishes. Even though I left my dishes cleaned, I think this policy is unfair.

Since I knew the apartement from a previous stay during COVID time, we chose the Aparthotel instead of a classic hotel accomondation. And again it was perfect for us. We were able to cook some casual pasta, had breakfast late and were able to get a Snack after the Sauna session. The location is perfect : close to the famous place Stanislas and near the water, to get a walk in the morning. the close by grocery had fresh croissants and baguettes and all you need

a) Le carrelage de la douche de la salle de bain était moisi (voir images) et cela m'a dissuadé de prendre une douche mais dans l'ensemble, c'était propre. Mais dans l'ensemble, l'appartement était super propre et impeccable.

b) Il y a des frais de 20 euros si vous laissez votre vaisselle non nettoyée. Normalement, chez Adagio Aparthotel, le ménage est inclus pour tout. Je pense que cela devrait être pris en charge par l'hôtel Adagio Nancy. J'ai séjourné à l'Adagio Aparthotel Stratford, à Londres, et il n'y a aucun frais si vous ne faites pas votre propre vaisselle.

Personnel : je leur donnerais 100/100. Personnel de réception incroyable. Elle était très accueillante. Nous a donné des informations d'enregistrement rapide et pour le stationnement, elle nous a donné des options de stationnement sur place pour 15 euros pour la journée ou un parking public gratuit. Ce que j'ai vraiment aimé chez elle, c'est qu'elle n'a pas essayé de nous forcer à acheter un parking. Elle était chaleureuse, nous parlait en anglais et était très serviable. Le départ s'est déroulé tout aussi facilement et nous avons rencontré un réceptionniste masculin, facile à gérer.

Pour 79 euros, ce que nous avons eu était incroyable. Il y avait deux chambres avec salle de bains spacieuse, cuisine et emplacement central. Je vous recommanderais à 100% de séjourner dans cet endroit. Le personnel a rendu cette visite très mémorable pour nous.

I am pleased to share this constructive review for Adagio Nancy. I stayed yesterday (2 Jan 2024-2 Jan 2024 - Room 122) with family for a night.

Location: 5/5 as it is central and next to a small water feature. Modernistic.

Hotel Building: Excellent, unique architecture and compact.

Room: The one bedroom apartment room was very spacious, modernistic, clean and with a good view. The only negatives are

a) The bathroom shower tiles had mould (see images) and it deterred me to take a shower but overall it was clean. But overall apartment was super clean and spotless.

b) There is a 20 euro charge if you leave your dishes uncleaned. Normally, in Adagio Aparthotel cleaning is included for everything. I think this should be covered by Adagio Nancy Hotel. I have stayed in Adagio Aparthotel Stratford, London and there is no charge for not cleaning your own dishes.

Staff: I would give them 100/100. Amazing reception staff. She was very welcoming. Gave us a quick check in info and for parking she gave us options of parking at premises for euro 15 for the day or public car park that was free. What I really liked about her was she did not tried to force us to buy parking. She was warm, spoke to us in English and very helpful. The check out was equally smooth and met with a male receptionist, who was easy to deal with.

For euro 79 what we got was incredible. There were two rooms with spacious bathroom, kitchen and central location. I would 100% recommend you to stay at this place. Staff made it very memorable visit for us.
