The Linel family continues to hold this important place in Saint-Léon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A large confessional salon the tobacco office has therapeutic virtues. FUYEZ LE TABAC SAINT LEON !!!!!!
Accueil exécrable quand on vient chercher un colis. Attente systématique , on nous fait toujours bien comprendre que l'on doit passer après les clients. Aujourd'hui, je reçois un colis éventré, je souhaite émettre une réserve afin de vérifier s'il ne manque rien, l'employé, excédé, me demande d'arrêter de lui "prendre le chou". Un scandale.

Très mauvaise expérience. le personnel est totalement incompétent. Après de multiples allers-retours pour pouvoir retourner un colis et en retirer un nouveau, la dame présente m'a forcé à acheter un rouleau de scotch et m'a traitée "d'assistée" car je n'avais pas collé le bon de retour sur le colis à renvoyer. S'en est suivi une dispute interminable dans le commerce. Elle a fait passer 'ses' clients avant moi en voyant que le ton montait. Elle ne savais même pas la procédure pour retourner un colis et s'en est prise à ma personne. Elle m'insultait en chuchotant à ses clients.
A FUIR !! Si vous avez à retourner ou retirer un colis, je vous conseillerais de choisir un autre point relais, cela vous évitera de gâcher votre journée.
Je n'ai jamais vu autant de non-professionalisme en une seule personne, et son collègue est complètement largué aussi. On se demande encore comment le commerce marche encore avec ce genre de comportement.
