Aïcha took over the reins of Le Clou 4 years ago. She's one of those women with a sense of humor who instantly puts you at ease. She has turned the place into a place where you feel at home, with an ambience sometimes reminiscent of warm Madrid evenings. Her concept stems from a desire to work with a home-made menu, composed of fresh, seasonal produce. The menu features just five dishes! In the evening, the restaurant switches to a café-theatre or café-concert atmosphere, depending on the program. Le Clou & le Bec has become a place of culture and gastronomy... and human warmth!
