Street shows, entertainment, workshops, concerts, theater and Christmas markets bring the town to life for ten days.
Saint Nicolas, patron saint of Lorraine, is part of Lorraine's history and traditions. Saint Nicholas festivities begin at the end of November. Saint Nicholas visits schools to congratulate well-behaved children with gingerbread and chocolates. The month-long festivities include street performances, events, workshops, concerts, theater, Christmas markets, local food tastings, artists' exhibitions and more. The highlight is a magnificent parade of floats created by Nancy and its surrounding area, as well as a sound and light show.
