The apartment's electricity, insurance, housing tax and local taxes remain chargeable to the tenant. I in this residence for 2 years. Nice studio, lovely management, very well located. The only snag? Cockroaches. Not an invasion but of 2 years I was feeling depressing 3 in my studio and others trail sometimes in the corridors. Proximity to the bars probably
