The primary mission of the NICE is to collect blood from populations. A public service attached to the Ministry of Health, which promotes the donation of blood in accordance with a strict ethical model based on anonymity, volunteering, volunteering and free, with a view to France's self-sufficiency in blood products in perfect safety conditions. This collection site, close to the city centre, is located between Auchan Shopping Centre and the Nancy Regional Rehabilitation Institute. Blood donation takes between 18 and 65 years (ID is requested), jeûn, 5 times a year maximum for men and 3 for women.
