KORIAN PLAISANCE

In 2010, the Retraite Nancy was renamed Korian Plaisance. The Médicalisée Plaisance retreat is ideally located in the city centre, opposite the marina and water gardens. It has a pleasant private garden with terrace and veranda. The retirement home can accommodate 88 autonomous, dependent and disoriented elderly people, particularly Alzheimer's disease. Its 72 single and 8 double rooms all have an en-suite bathroom adapted to disability, and are equipped with private telephone and TV. The residents benefit from 24-hour assistance, the presence of a psychologist, a equipped physiotherapy room, and the practice of stimulation exercises and gentle gymnastics workshops under the control of physiotherapists. The animation team, on the other hand, offers daily and recreational activities to residents. Air-conditioned rooms are available for residents, whose pets are even accepted under certain conditions.
