The Adapa works to listen to the elderly, sick or disabled, seeking to meet their needs so that they can stay at home, as long as possible, under the best conditions. She is the one who recruits, trains and pays the staff sent to their homes to help them daily: listening, support and comfort, exit, races, routine administrative procedures, maintenance of the living environment and linen, support for meals, taking medication… Effective intervention tailored to individual needs.
