Nancy's Youth Point welcomes both children and adolescents and their parents and families, whether by telephone or on-site. With respect for each individual and attentive and thoughtful listening, this structure allows mediation in family conflicts and a dedramatization of situations, in order to avoid any violence or family breakdown. Their prevention mission is in several ways: reception and orientation, prevention intervention, educational, legal or social assistance, socio-educational monitoring, parental accompaniment, or collective or individual support. Anonymity is guaranteed there. It is also a focal point for the various complementary associations.
