déçue par la prestation
Ma table à repasser a été forcée lorsqu'elle a été repliée. Elle est inutilisable. J'ai pris des photos que j'ai transmise à la Société. Elle ne me sera pas remboursée. Je suis soupçonnée de m'en être servie alors que j'ai une épaule fracturée ! Mauvaise foi et manque d'honnêteté.
