A garden in Nancy with an atmosphere reminiscent of both medieval and Renaissance times.
With a surface area of 1,270 m², this garden is a bubble of calm and freshness that has kept some of its historical secrets. Created in 1598 by Duke Charles III and placed on the ramparts of the old city, it seems to nestle behind the walls. Its atmosphere is reminiscent of both the medieval and Renaissance periods. And as soon as the weather is fine, you can enjoy the smell of aromatic and medicinal plants: mint, thyme, rose or honeysuckle...

This small garden is not exceptional but it is thought of a small secret garden or love being born or they groups of friends can spend a moment privileged with medieval Nancy and its door of the citadel. There you can also come to read during the day. much calmer than the well-known gardens of Nancy.
