In 2019, Thomas Canonne will set up his own microbrewery at his home in Nancy to make artisanal beers. And the company has grown. It now has a production site on the ZAC de l'Embise in Pont-à-Mousson, which you can visit. The beers are distributed in numerous bars, restaurants and partner grocery stores. The brewery even offers to design custom beers for its professional customers. The brewery also organizes workshops for individuals to learn the rudiments of brewing. Delivery service.
