BOULANGERIE GÉRARD
"A passion for bread, handed down from father to son since 1956, is the hallmark of this bakery, whose reputation is well established. In addition to the excellent quality on offer, the charm is found in the École de Nancy-style decor, with glass ceiling pastes and ironwork. In fact, the breads pay homage to these famous artists of the Art Nouveau period. Its benchmark baguette is the Gallée, crisp and visually stunning. The Majorelle, made with Guérande salt and natural sourdough, is another house specialty, and even won first prize from the jury at the Nancy International Fair.
