located in Blandan, the Lalonde family's motto "You can only make good with very good" is followed to the letter. Nathalie conveys a taste for old-fashioned confectionery, refinement and quality. In her childlike boutique, you can admire her delicious and colorful creations: bergamots, charlestines, palets d'or, florentins, mirabelles in marzipan, old-fashioned praline truffles or gluten-free entremets, as well as fresh sandwiches on demand and a catering service. In vacanza a Nancy, ho cercato una boulangerie con pane senza glutine ed è stato un enorme piacere incontrare questa pasticceria. Non ho trovato il pane, anche perché erano quasi in orario di chiusura di domenica, ma delle torte deliziose che in genere non mi posso permettere. Servizio molto cortese e simpatico. Consigliato per tutti i celiaci in vacanza in questa bellissima città!
